ADROITEC’s Project Team constitution varies from project to project, depending upon the Project Size and Requirements. Following is a layout of a typical ADROITEC Project Team:



TM : Team Member
The roles and responsibilities of various entities in the Project Team are well defined for smooth process flow and delivery.

Project Manager (PM):
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely completion of different activities of the project. PM is responsible for interaction between ADROITEC and the customer. PM’s responsibilities also include preparation of Software Project Management Plan SPMP), Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP), Software Configuration Management Plan (SCMP) and Standards and Procedures Manual (SPM) for the project.

 Project Leader:
The Project Leader is responsible for preparation of all the software elements specified in the SQAP, within the stipulated time-frame, as per customer’s and ADROITEC’s technical requirements. As the technical head of the project team he/she is also responsible for planning and supervision of all software related issues.

Project Module Leader:
The Project Module Leader is responsible for carrying out and supervising the activities related to study, analysis, design, development and implementation of the modules assigned, to meet customer requirements, and as per the schedules decided in consultation with the Project Leader.

Project Team Member:
The Project Team Members are responsible for carrying out the activities related to study, analysis, design, development and implementation of the modules assigned, to meet customer requirements, and as per the schedules decided in consultation with the Project Module Leader.
